For around 5 % of applications the office names only the commune. We count those for you too — without a distance and without a dot on the map, because a guessed location is not one.
Where do the applications come from?
From the official gazettes of the cantons and communes — 7'319 publications since 10 Aug 2026. Edict is not an official source; the publication itself is binding.
How precise is the location?
Address or parcel from the application, checked against the federal Register of Buildings and Dwellings. What cannot be proven stays at the commune — and is not reported as a neighbour.
What is in the e-mail?
Title, address, distance to your property, objection deadline and the link to the publication. Within the objection window also the applicant, as published.
Can I object?
Edict gives no legal advice. The publication names the deadline and the office — and we show you that sentence of the office where it is printed.
What does it cost?
