What is Edict?
Edict structures Switzerland’s official building publications and open public tenders: filterable by trade, region and radius, with map, parcels and deadlines. Edict is not an official publication organ — the linked original publication always prevails.
Where does the data come from?
From the official cantonal and communal gazettes and from simap.ch for public tenders. Every page links the original publication; we take over neither attachments nor plans. Collection began in July 2026 — every page names the exact date its figures run from.
How do the plans differ?
Free shows only publications whose objection window closes by tomorrow. Alert brings the live feed, applicant and planner with address, unlimited saved searches with a daily digest, and the single-sheet PDF. Pro adds tenders with the procurement office, smart search, instant alerts, the PDF dossier and CSV exports.
How do the e-mail alerts work?
You save a search or fill in your profile; new matches arrive as one digest per day (Alert) or immediately (Pro). The first run records what already exists instead of mailing it — only what appears afterwards, or whose deadline changes, is reported.
Which files come attached to the alert e-mail?
The files mirror the mail’s content: if it contains building applications, three files ride along (list as CSV, contacts as CSV, list as PDF); if it contains tenders, their CSV and PDF; both together make five. The Alert plan receives the mail without files — the exports belong to Pro. Every file covers all matches, even when the mail itself shows only ten.
How do I import the contacts into my CRM (e.g. bexio)?
The contacts CSV is built so bexio’s contact import accepts it without manual mapping: Contacts → Import/Export → upload the file. The firm’s UID sits in its own column at the end. Column titles follow your bexio account’s language: export from the German page for a German account, otherwise from the English one. Other CRMs (HubSpot, Pipedrive) map the columns in their import wizard.
What does the parcel display mean?
The parcel numbers are the office’s published statements — always complete. The blue outline and the exact pin appear only when the federal register confirms the parcel; otherwise the map honestly shows the commune point. Wrong-but-confident does not exist here.
What are bookmarks?
One bookmark per publication, with room for a note beside it — "called", "waiting for plans", "too far". Both are stored with the account, so they are there on your phone and on a second computer too. Without signing in, the browser still remembers the list itself.
What is the recovery code for?
It gets you back into your account if you lose access to your mailbox — because otherwise the email address is the only key: signing in, changing the address and unsubscribing from alerts all go through it. You generate it in your account, we show it exactly once, and only its digest is stored. Keep it somewhere outside the mailbox. To use it, open the sign-in page, choose "Sign in with a recovery code" and give the address and the code. It works once: afterwards generate a new one and change your email address.
How do I cancel my subscription?
In your account under subscription management, any time effective at the end of the period. Access stays complete until then.
